Big Marsh Bike Park, Chicago, IL
Working with Friiedler Construction (General Contractor), Birch Outdoors (Formerly Dirtsculpt Parks) was selected as the Bike Park Builder for Phase 1 Big Marsh Bike and Eco Recreation Park which consists of 278 acres and is located in South Chicago. The project was completed for the Chicago Parks District. Phase 1 totaled 50 acres and featured: multi-puropose trails for biking, walking, running; singletrack mountain biking trails, flow trails, a cyclocross course, jump lines, a pump track and an urban plaza area.
